New York Pictures

Summer!!

Yippee!!! It's summer!! Sorry that I only updated this blog once during second semester...I stink. I can't believe that I'm almost a nurse and that I'm HALF WAY DONE!!!!! :)

Anywho, things are going great in Chico and John and I are looking forward to spending some time relaxing before the crazyness starts up again..we actually just got back on Saturday from an early anniversary trip to New York where we did a whole bunch of tourist stuff (and even got to go on the Late Night Show with Dave Letterman and see a game at the new Yankee Stadium). Our Caring Communities job will keep me from being bored over the summer and has been going better than I could have imagined (it is really fun to plan events and meet new friends)and my mom is coming next week to teach art lessons..for which I am SO grateful; it should be a blast! We are looking forward to seeing the fam over the Fourth of July; Aaron, Laura, Landon and Lincoln are planning on coming to California YAY!! And speaking of Laura, she just finished a triathlon! TOTALLY COOL!! I love all of you SO much!!

God Bless,

Em

About Us

My photo
Blissfully Married for 4 years!! John manages a factory for a company called Rescue 42 where they make rescue equipment, and Emily isn't working but is attending the R.N. program at Butte College. We have been living in Chico for seven years now and have been so incredibly blessed with having both of our families nearby (Lake Almanor area)and a fantastic group of friends who get together at least once a week for a Bible study (or to watch the office or play Catan) :). We are both loving life and feel that God has given much more than we could have ever imagined.
